London Gatwick Airport Guide

London Gatwick
Terminals

We operate flights into and out of two terminals at London Gatwick. Your flight number indicates which terminal applies for your flights:

  • All flight numbers between 8000 – 8999 operate from the North terminal
  • All other flight numbers operate from the South terminal

There is a 24-hour shuttle which will transfer you between terminals in just 2 minutes. This service runs every few minutes and is free.

Passenger notification: If the flight you have booked leaves London Gatwick before 08.30 you can check in for this flight the night before from 20:00; this will give you the opportunity to leave your baggage at the airport. You will be issued with a boarding pass so you can go straight to security for your flight the following morning.

Due to changes in UK security measures we strongly recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your departure to ensure you have sufficient time to get to your boarding gate.
